Elizabeth and Ahmed's fun, relaxed June wedding on the village green...
Above is a selection of my favourite photos (there are quite a lot, I know, but I just couldn't choose any less!) from Elizabeth and Ahmed's beautiful summer wedding. Elizabeth's parents live a stone's throw away from the village green so it was perfect to pitch up a marquee there and get ready at home :) I have to admit that before Elizabeth got in touch to chat about their wedding, I had never heard of Nether Wallop, the tiny, tiny village in central Hampshire, where the wedding would take place, but that is the beauty of being a wedding photographer: you get to meet so many different people and visit places you would otherwise miss :)
The couple wanted really natural, relaxed coverage of their wedding with a daylighty feel so I did a mix of candid and posed portraits, fun moments, formal group shots and all the little details for Elizabeth and Ahmed to have as memories from their special day. I covered the day from the bride getting ready with her family and bridesmaids through the ceremony, speeches and cake cutting ending with a barn dance for everyone to top it off. What a fab, fun day and absolutely beautiful light and scenery.
